\u00a7 1 Scope of application<\/span><\/h3>\n

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts for the purchase of tickets via our online shop [www.partyticket.de] between<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2013 hereinafter referred to as \u201cOrganizer\u201d \u2013<\/p>\n

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor their independent professional activity (\u00a7 13 BGB).<\/p>\n

\u00a7 2 Conclusion of contract<\/span><\/h3>\n

The presentation of tickets in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to place an order.
By completing the order process (\u201corder with obligation to pay\u201d), the customer submits a binding offer.
The contract is concluded upon our order confirmation by email.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a7 3 Prices and payment<\/span><\/h3>\n

All prices include statutory sales tax, where applicable.
The available payment options (e.g., credit card, PayPal, bank transfer, or other electronic payment methods) will be displayed during the ordering process.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a7 4 Delivery<\/span><\/h3>\n

Tickets are provided exclusively as electronic tickets (download \/ PDF \/ QR code).<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a7 5 Exclusion of the right of withdrawal<\/span><\/h3>\n

According to \u00a7 312g para. 2 no. 9 BGB (German Civil Code), there is no right of withdrawal for contracts for services related to leisure activities if a specific date or period is scheduled for the service.
Since the tickets offered are admission tickets for events on a specific date, withdrawal is excluded. <\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a7 6 Retention of title<\/span><\/h3>\n

The tickets remain our property until full payment has been received.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a7 7 Storage of the contract text<\/span><\/h3>\n

We store the contract text (order details and terms and conditions) and send it to you by email.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a7 8 Contract language<\/span><\/h3>\n

The contract language is exclusively German.<\/span><\/p>\n

Part 2 \u2013 Terms and Conditions for Participation in SubRosaDictum Events<\/span><\/h2>\n

  1. Admission and age restrictions<\/span><\/strong>
    Admission only for persons aged 18 and over. Even with a valid ticket, the organizer reserves the right to refuse admission (e.g., for non-compliance with the dress code or for security reasons). There is no entitlement to a refund.
    <\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Discretion<\/span><\/strong>
    The guest undertakes to maintain the necessary discretion regarding all information relating to the event. This applies in particular to the location, time, participants, and nature of the event. This confidentiality is in the interests of all guests and the organizer alike and forms an essential basis for the event.
    <\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Dresscode<\/span><\/strong>
    The dress code communicated in the event information is binding. Guests who do not comply with this may be refused entry. In this case, the ticket price will not be refunded. <\/span><\/li>\n
  4. No photo policy<\/span><\/strong>
    During the event, there is a strict ban on photography and recording. Official photographers are recognizable and only take photos with consent. Private photos can only be taken using the photo booth.
    <\/span><\/li>\n
  5. Advertising, marketing, trade<\/span><\/strong>
    Any commercial advertising, promotion, or trade without the prior written consent of the organizer is prohibited. In the event of a violation, the guest undertakes to pay a reasonable contractual penalty of up to \u20ac2,000, the specific amount of which shall be determined by the organizer at its reasonable discretion and may be reviewed by the competent court in the event of a dispute. The right to claim further damages remains reserved.

  6. Liability<\/span><\/strong>
    Participation is at your own risk. The organizer shall only be liable in cases of intent or gross negligence. No liability is accepted for cloakroom items or personal belongings.

  7. House rules \/ Exclusion of guests<\/span><\/strong>
    The organizer reserves the right to enforce house rules and is entitled to exclude guests from the event at any time for good cause (e.g., aggressive behavior, violence, drug abuse, or violations of these terms and conditions of participation). In such cases, there is no entitlement to a refund of the ticket price.

  8. Resale of tickets<\/span><\/strong>
    Commercial resale is prohibited. Private disclosure requires the consent of the organizer.
    <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Part 3 \u2013 Data protection \/ Photo and video recordings<\/span><\/h2>\n

    Accredited photographers may take photographs and make video recordings on the event grounds, but only with the recognizable consent of the persons depicted. These are used for documentation purposes and, if necessary, publication on the organizer's official channels.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Processing is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest).
    Guests may object to publication and request deletion in accordance with Art. 17 GDPR.<\/p>\n
