Admission only for persons aged 18 and over. Even with a valid ticket, the organizer reserves the right to refuse admission (e.g., for non-compliance with the dress code or for security reasons). There is no entitlement to a refund.

The guest undertakes to maintain the necessary discretion regarding all information relating to the event. This applies in particular to the location, time, participants, and nature of the event. This confidentiality is in the interests of all guests and the organizer alike and forms an essential basis for the event.

The dress code communicated in the event information is binding. Guests who do not comply with this may be refused entry. In this case, the ticket price will not be refunded. <\/span><\/li>\n
During the event, there is a strict ban on photography and recording. Official photographers are recognizable and only take photos with consent. Private photos can only be taken using the photo booth.

Any commercial advertising, promotion, or trade without the prior written consent of the organizer is prohibited. In the event of a violation, the guest undertakes to pay a reasonable contractual penalty of up to \u20ac2,000, the specific amount of which shall be determined by the organizer at its reasonable discretion and may be reviewed by the competent court in the event of a dispute. The right to claim further damages remains reserved.

Participation is at your own risk. The organizer shall only be liable in cases of intent or gross negligence. No liability is accepted for cloakroom items or personal belongings.

The organizer reserves the right to enforce house rules and is entitled to exclude guests from the event at any time for good cause (e.g., aggressive behavior, violence, drug abuse, or violations of these terms and conditions of participation). In such cases, there is no entitlement to a refund of the ticket price.

Commercial resale is prohibited. Private disclosure requires the consent of the organizer.
